As a Vietnamese professional who built a global career without studying abroad, I’ve always believed in the power of leveraging your own unique story and expertise to create opportunities.

Since 2014, I’ve volunteered as a mentor and speaker, helping thousands of professionals unlock their potential and elevate their careers. Through this work, I realized that simply offering advice isn’t enough to create profound change.

In 2021, I discovered coaching as a powerful tool for personal transformation. Through coaching, I help individuals clarify their strengths, connect with their core values, and use those insights to share their stories that aligns with their career goals and creative passion.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and a mom. I love writing, reading book, traveling, pilates and scuba diving.
