Welcome to my site!
I have 12 years of working experience in driving business growth at top global companies and have been living in the US, Singapore and Vietnam.
Growing up as a local Vietnamese talent who didn't study abroad never stops me from dreaming high to become a global high performing talent. I strongly believe in human's potentials. I obsess about personal growth and transformation.
Since 2014, I have volunteered to work as mentor and event speaker to help thousands of young professionals to accelerate their career. During the process, I realized that simply giving out advice and solutions are not enough to create pro-founding changes.
In 2021, as part of my leadership development journey, I discovered about the power of coaching and I learn how to connect with others at a deeper level through listening and asking powerful questions, and become the catalyst for their own self discovery, breakthroughs and results. I know this is what I have been looking for - a meaningful method to evoke transformation, connect with core values and discover the leader within each person.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and a mom. I love writing, reading book, traveling, pilates and scuba diving.
